Shooting is well established at Beechen Cliff. Through the development of shooting skills we hope to engender a respect for the countryside, issues of conservation and respect for each other. Clay pigeon shooting is a major sport in the countryside around the United Kingdom and we very much hope to send out hundreds of young men who not only have an appreciation of the sport and the clear undertaking that a strong awareness of safety and team spirit ever essential for success and well being.
Around one hundred boys have participated in the sport over the last year. We expect to see this number double in the 2007/20087 academic year.
