The House System

In September 2009 we introduced a vertical tutor system based upon five Houses - BYRON, CHAUCER, KIPLING, MILTON and SHAKESPEARE. Each house is led by a Head of House and a Deputy Head of House and nine tutors. There are roughly 200 pupils in each house and 24 pupils in a tutor group . All pupils from Year 7 up to Year 13 are included in the system.

There are a range of House competitions including Music, Public Speaking and Sport.

Every House also works to support two charities
